Dr. Sherron has a Bachelor’s of Philosophy in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Medical Ethics from Miami University (1992). Her Master’s degree (1994) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, is also in Medical Ethics, while her Ph.D. (2003) from the University of Cincinnati, is in philosophy of science. She primarily teaches courses in applied ethics (Business Ethics, Medical Ethics, Environmental Ethics) and enjoys teaching philosophy of science, as well as designing interdisciplinary courses with science faculty. When not researching or teaching, she can be found biking by daylight and tango or swing dancing by dark.
