Ask A Librarian
Information Desk
Members of the Thomas More College Library offer assistance to all individuals using the Library's resources. This service includes all Thomas More College Faculty, Staff, and Students as well as students of Gateway Community and Technical College (GCTC), and current SouthWest Ohio and Neighboring Libraries (SWON).
Additionally, librarians are available through our Research Consultation Service to provide personalized assistance to students as well as faculty and staff on project research strategies, techniques, and resources. Sessions can include basic overviews or refreshers about our resources and services. Appointments can be scheduled at the Circulation Desk, by calling 859-344-3615, or submitted online. Please use the Library Instruction/Orientation Request Form for personalized requests.
Before making a library/research assignment, faculty should inform our reference librarians of the project. Please fill out the Library Assignment Notification Form for this purpose to give us ample time to become familiar with the requirements of the assignment.
Email Reference
Reference Librarians will provide answers to questions about library services, availability of resources, and basic factual data via e-mail. Questions are generally answered the same day. For more in-depth research assistance, please arrange for a research consultation appointment with a librarian.
